Step 1: 10-Minute Vacuum Leak Testing

A unit that leaks refrigerant is a distributor's nightmare. We use advanced thermocouple vacuum gauges to test 12 units simultaneously for a full 3-10 minutes. This ensures a perfect system seal before charging.

Step 2: 30-Minute Full Performance Test

We don't "spot check." Every single product goes onto our 30-minute performance testing line after being charged. We test it under load to ensure its cooling/heating performance is 100% perfect, guaranteeing zero defects in function.

Step 3: Final Inspection (No Missing Parts)

After passing the performance test, every unit undergoes a secondary visual and component inspection, preventing missing or incorrect parts. Our promise is that every product that leaves our factory is a "boutique product".
