For any component failures within two years of purchase, we offer complimentary replacement parts at no additional cost. If your allocated spare parts inventory runs out, simply contact our factory directly, and we will promptly ship the required components to ensure continuous operation of your equipment with zero parts cost during the warranty period.
*This two-year parts warranty applies specifically to the following models: T6000, T5000, S800 (dual-fan version), and T3000. All other models are covered by a one-year parts warranty.
